Copal is a passion project for me. It is truly a tequila like no other — an elegant, smooth-drinking reposado. There really is no better tequila brand out there, and I’m very proud of it and was thrilled when it launched in June. I couldn’t believe how quickly it sold out then, so act quickly now to make sure you’re able to get a bottle from the second batch.

It’s also uniquely authentic, another thing I’m proud of. Our distillery is in Jalisco, Mexico, which, fittingly, is near the town of Tequila.

In fact, I’m so confident in its quality and flavor that I recently put it all on the line in a blind taste test, putting Copal up against five other brands. Not only did I try to correctly identify Copal, I graded each tequila brand on a scale of one to 10. In case you missed it, watch below. Grab your bottle here.
