💬 The shocking truth about Ilhan Omar — and my eye-opening one-on-one with Scott Jennings

The Rubin Recap, Issue 43 ...

In partnership with

Associate producer Joseph greeting Rubin Report viewers.

What a week it was in The Rubin Report studio. Had to cancel Monday's show at the last minute due to colonoscopy prep complications, back on Tuesday, a guest co-host joined me for Wednesday's episode, and we rolled out a new format for the community Q&A on Thursday. Can't keep up with all of that? Me neither. Thankfully we have young Joseph, our associate producer, keeping everything in order.

The situation in Minnesota is requiring all of my mental faculties to cover properly. And the Democrats and the mainstream media wouldn't have it any other way. If you're feeling exhausted by it all, I've got a solution for you. RECHARGE from the good people at The Wellness Company boosts energy and cognitive function so you can stay focused as you burn through the chaotic news cycle and the nonstop liberal spin everyday.

The politicians in Minnesota -- Tim Walz, Ilhan Omar, Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey -- are intentionally making things chaotic to obfuscate the truth, which is that: Americans voted for change in the approach to illegal immigration and Donald Trump is addressing that by sending ICE to cities where illegal immigration is rampant to arrest the offenders, and doing so in accordance with federal law.

But Ilhan Omar and Walz and Frey are all using incendiary language to incite protesters -- many of whom are being paid to be there -- to obstruct the enforcement of the law. They are creating the showdowns with ICE agents. And they do this to make your head spin and hopefully make you forget about why ICE is there in the first place.

Ilhan Omar is the literal worst (more on that below). The mainstream media don't just give her a pass on this stuff, they actually amplify her ridiculous rhetoric. In fact, I’m starting to think the real privilege isn’t white privilege -- it’s Squad privilege.

But at least one reporter confronted Ilhan Omar this week -- not an MSM reporter, of course -- about the rampant fraud in Minnesota, which is what she wants us all to forget about. And when the congresswoman who married her brother in an illegal scheme to get him citizenship was confronted with the numbers, all she could manage to do was to spew insults at the reporter, Allison Steinberg of Lindell TV. And that's all Ilhan Omar has at this point. Earlier in the week, she was calling Trump a pirate. Ah, I believe that's what people in the psychology field call projecting.

From our sponsor:

Originally a textile dye, methylene blue is now one of the most researched mitochondrial enhancers in modern health science. What makes it so powerful?

• Boosts energy (ATP) production inside your cells

• Improves oxygen efficiency in the brain and muscle tissue

• Crosses the blood-brain barrier to support memory and focus

• Neutralizes oxidative stress, helping with recovery and immune function

• Buffers lactic acid and delays fatigue during workouts

With these benefits, methylene blue supports both mental clarity and physical performance, from the inside out.

But purity matters! Many products online are aquarium-grade dyes or unregulated powders never intended for human use.

The Wellness Company’s RECHARGE is different. It features pharmaceutical-grade methylene blue paired with PQQ and NAD for advanced brain and energy support without stimulants.

People often ask me why I don’t watch sports anymore. I’ve talked many times on the show about what a big basketball fan I am. Even threw in a highlight of me hitting a game-winning shot in a basketball game I played over the weekend (not too shabby for an almost 50-year-old guy) on the show this week.

A great example of why I just can’t watch the NBA anymore is connected to what’s going on in Minnesota. Doc Rivers and Steve Kerr, both of whom had pretty legendary careers as players and are now head coaches, weighed in on the shooting in Minneapolis. In their post-game press conferences.

“To me, we’re attacking brown people,” Doc Rivers said. Never mind that the woman who died in the confrontation was white. Steve Kerr accused the ICE officer of committing murder and getting away with it. It’s a 🤡 show. Maybe get these guys a couple RECHARGE tablets to help increase oxygen flow to their brains?

Leaving aside how ridiculous their perspectives are on the incident, I’m wondering — would it be too much to ask that the basketball coaches talk about just basketball in the post-basketball game press conference? Ya know, instead of explaining to us how racist we are and how terrible America is. These people have ruined absolutely everything. The NBA is destroying itself. It’s pitiful to watch.

On a somber note, I want to pay tribute to Scott Adams, the legendary creator of Dilbert and one of the unparalleled free thinkers of our time, who we lost to cancer this week. Scott was 68 and he died way too early. Scott was more than just a recurring guest on The Rubin Report over the years. He was one of the first creators to take a chance on using Locals, and eventually became an investor int he platform. He became a voice of reason in America as the insanity has multiplied exponentially over the last decade. He was a master of framing stories and breaking down how to think about things differently, and understanding how to influence people, and how to make sound arguments. Just a huge loss for the cause.

More than anything, though, Scott became a great friend over the years. I'll miss talking and texting with him, and I look forward to seeing him on the other side someday.

Scott Jennings escapes the retards, appears on The Rubin Report

It’s about damn time. You know him from CNN, aka the nightly episode of Scott and the Retards, which has been a recurring segment on The Rubin Report. Scott finally sat down with me for a conversation you don’t want to miss. Whole lot of sanity in this discussion.

No surprise — Ilhan Omar is the worst Democrat in American right now

Well, we know what I think of Ilhan Omar. After all, I’ve got an Ilhan Omar puke bucket on set, which made an appearance while Erin Molan appeared as a guest co-host on Wednesday. And now it’s clear what you all think of her. Rubin Recap readers — we are on the same page. 💪

Now, we can have all sorts of fun mocking Ilhan Omar, but reader cindysands1313 cuts right to the chase, which is why I’m highlighting her comment this week. Simple as that, Cindy. And how about Synhome1 adopting the Moron Zamboni nickname? That’s what I’m talking about, people. I wanna see someone out in the wild call him that.

This week, let’s get back to the top Trump peeps. Who’s come out hot in 2026? 🔥
